For students who wish to study in Turkey with a scholarship, there are various scholarship options, including scholarships from the Republic of Turkey, scholarships from the students” own states, scholarships from various national and international institutions and organizations, and scholarships from universities. The options and amounts offered by scholarship institutions vary. Some of these institutions also cover the cost of transportation from your country to Turkey. The amount of monthly scholarships also varies depending on the educational level of the international students.
You can check the university”s website to see what scholarships are available and get general information on the details page. There are also scholarship programs offered by Turkish Scholarships and the Council of Higher Education (CoHE).
It is aimed at international undergraduate and graduate students from countries that have signed protocols with the Council on Higher Education. If students admitted to Turkish higher education programs do not have Turkish Proficiency Certificate, they are offered one year of language preparation.

Prospective students pursuing a bachelor”s, master”s or doctoral degree are eligible to apply.
Applications can only be submitted by applicants individually through the official scholarship website www.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr. There are no institutions or individuals eligible to apply for Turkey Scholarships.
Candidates applying at Bachelor, Master and PhD level (including research applicants) can apply between January and February each year.
